Assess and Recommend

Once we understand what you're hoping to achieve, we go to our network of 26+ lenders to assess the products on offer. It's not just about low interest rates — loan terms, fees, and restrictions all determine whether a loan is right for you. Our job is to know the hundreds of products on offer and recommend the ones that fit your circumstances.

  • Present a tailored selection of lenders and loan products with all fees and monthly repayments.
  • Break down costs, repayments, and transaction costs across each option.
  • Discuss the pros and cons — service, technology, flexibility — so you know exactly what each product entails.
  • Walk through your budget together and model how extra repayments compound over time.
  • Point you to the tools on our website that help throughout the process.
Step 03

Simplify the Process

Once a product is selected, it's time to move — often the most daunting part for borrowers. Our processes, digital tools, and experience strip out the friction so you can stay focused on the outcome.

  • Use your secure portal to upload all required documents in one place.
  • Pull bank statements via bankstatements.com — no chasing different accounts.
  • Receive a Home Loan Shopping Checklist, with all communication streamlined through the portal.
  • Get proactive updates from our team at every step.
  • Sign documents digitally and return them via email to speed up the application.
  • We lodge with the lender, monitor through to formal approval, and act as your representative the whole way.
Step 04

Access Our Network

Sometimes you have all the services you need. Other times, you're not sure who to turn to. We act as your financial concierge — referring you to trusted partners across real estate agents, property valuers, financial planners, accountants, car brokers, insurance brokers, stock brokers, quantity surveyors, and more.

Step 05

Get You Across the Line

When all the i's have been dotted and the t's crossed, we guide you through settlement.

  • Within 24 hours of approval we call to congratulate you and our service team takes over for settlement.
  • We explain how you'll receive your loan documents and contact any solicitor or outgoing bank for you.
  • Provide updates every 48 hours and communicate any extra requirements (insurance, direct debits, funds to complete).
  • Meet with you to sign documents — in person, online, or over the phone / Zoom.
  • Confirm with the bank that everything is in order; chase anything missing immediately.
  • Liaise with you and the bank 72 hours before settlement to keep everything on track.
  • After settlement, touch base within 72 hours with loan numbers, repayment reminders, and any final details.
Step 06

Monitor and Measure Your Loan

Our relationship with you doesn't end at settlement. Ongoing education, annual check-ins, and proactive monitoring keep your finance working for you.

  • One month after settlement, we check your direct debits and that everything's running smoothly.
  • At least once a year, we check in to make sure your loan still suits your circumstances.
  • Anytime, we connect you with our financial partners.
  • Annually on request, we'll go back to your lender to review your rate — at no cost. Last year alone we saved clients more than $100,000 combined in interest.
  • We stay in touch with useful information and education to keep your goals front of mind.
